Regulamin

Obowiązuje od 22 maja 2026 r.

§1. Postanowienia ogólne

  1. Serwis Distly dostępny pod adresem distly.pl prowadzony jest przez CodeFuture Maciej Kwietniewski, kontakt: kontakt@distly.pl.
  2. Korzystanie z Serwisu oznacza akceptację niniejszego Regulaminu.
  3. Serwis jest w fazie beta — usługa świadczona jest bezpłatnie do odwołania.

§2. Zakres usługi

  1. Distly to narzędzie do agregowania treści z zewnętrznych źródeł (RSS, YouTube, Twitter/X, Telegram, Reddit, Discord, GitHub) oraz generowania streszczeń przy użyciu modeli AI.
  2. Operator nie jest autorem ani dystrybutorem treści pobieranych ze źródeł zewnętrznych i nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za ich zawartość.
  3. Wygenerowane streszczenia mają charakter informacyjny i nie stanowią porady prawnej, finansowej ani inwestycyjnej.

§3. Zasady korzystania

  1. Użytkownik zobowiązuje się korzystać z Serwisu zgodnie z obowiązującym prawem i dobrymi obyczajami.
  2. Zabrania się: zakładania kont w sposób zautomatyzowany lub masowy, udostępniania konta osobom trzecim, prób obejścia zabezpieczeń technicznych, generowania ruchu mogącego zakłócić działanie Serwisu.
  3. Operator zastrzega prawo do zawieszenia lub usunięcia konta naruszającego Regulamin bez uprzedniego ostrzeżenia.

§4. Odpowiedzialność

  1. Serwis dostarczany jest w stanie takim, w jakim jest (as-is), bez gwarancji nieprzerwanego ani bezbłędnego działania.
  2. W fazie beta mogą wystąpić przerwy techniczne, błędy lub utrata danych.
  3. Operator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za decyzje podejmowane na podstawie treści wygenerowanych przez Serwis.

§5. Zmiany Regulaminu

  1. Operator zastrzega prawo do zmiany Regulaminu, informując użytkowników drogą emailową z co najmniej 14-dniowym wyprzedzeniem.
  2. Dalsze korzystanie z Serwisu po wejściu zmian w życie oznacza ich akceptację.

§6. Prawo właściwe

  1. Regulamin podlega prawu polskiemu.
  2. Spory będą rozstrzygane przez sąd właściwy dla siedziby Operatora.

  2. By using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service.
  3. The Service is currently in beta — it is provided free of charge until further notice.

§2. Service scope

  1. Distly is a content aggregation tool that pulls posts from external sources (RSS, YouTube, Twitter/X, Telegram, Reddit, Discord, GitHub) and generates AI-powered summaries.
  2. The Operator is not the author or distributor of content retrieved from external sources and accepts no liability for that content.
  3. Generated summaries are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.

§3. Acceptable use

  1. You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable law and good practice.
  2. Prohibited: creating accounts by automated or bulk means, sharing account credentials with third parties, attempting to circumvent security controls, generating traffic that may disrupt the Service.
  3. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

§4. Liability

  1. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free availability.
  2. During beta, outages, bugs, or data loss may occur.
  3. The Operator is not liable for decisions made based on content generated by the Service.

§5. Changes to these Terms

  1. The Operator may update these Terms with at least 14 days' notice by email.
  2. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

§6. Governing law

  1. These Terms are governed by Polish law.
  2. Disputes shall be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the Operator's registered address.
